Sheet Stock

Ames Industrial stocks and sells a large assortment of finished materials.  Solid or Sponge, Sheets or Rolls, no order too small, or too large.

Materials can be cut into strips, sheets, or die cut into any shape or size required.  Ames also applies pressure sensitive adhesives.

O-Rings and Seals

Ames Industrial stocks a HUGE inventory of O-rings and Seals to choose from.  Many different materials and sizes.  Our staff will help you select the right size and type for your sealing requirements.  We are an industry leader in the manufacturing of close tolerance Lathe Cut Seals, and stock a large assortment of standard sizes in various materials.

Our custom molding department specializes in design and production of close tolerance parts made to order.  With over 50 years of experience in the Elastomer Molding industry, At Ames Industrial, we take a "Hands-On" approach to your projects.  With engineering assistance, mold design,  and material application recommendations, we will assist you in developing your design into an efficient and cost effective production process.

Die Cut Parts

Ames Industrial specializes in Die Cutting gaskets and seals.  Laser cut dies for ultra close tolerances, from low volume prototypes, to high speed high volume "Preco" automatic press runs, we can ensure an economic solution to your sealing needs.

Rollers

Ames Industrial custom molds rollers for many industries.  We can strip and re-cover your old rollers, use your provided inserts, or manufacture them complete.  Molded from almost any elastomer, we've got your rollers covered.

Ames Industrial can manufacture custom profiles from print or samples.  Extrusions can also be Vulcanization Spliced to required dimensions.
